摘要：Keywords: Compensation, Discipline, Work Motivation, Work ProductivityABSTRACTCompensation, discipline, and motivation are very important in relation to productivity.Compensation and good discipline will encourage employees to work better, and high motivationto work will encourage employees to achieve business success, which in turn will drive increasedemployee productivity. This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, discipline, andmotivation to work productivity of employees of PT. Kukdong International.The data used are primary data collected from 100 respondent’s employee of productionof PT Kukdong International and measured using a questionnaire which tested the validity andreliability. Technique of sampling is using simple random sampling. Data was analyzed usingMultiple Linear Regression Analysis.The results showed that compensation, discipline, and work motivation partially andsimultaneously affect employee productivity. Discipline is the most dominant variable inaffectivity of work productivity that follows work motivation and compensation.
