  • 摘要:Increasing numbers will need goods and services that todays highly varied, andalso the era of modern yangsemakin trigger many producers and companies tostrive to meet the needs of consumers. And in principle, every manufacturer orthe company would want to gain maximum advantage for survival anddevelopment company. Therefore if you want to obtain the desired benefitsdepending on the company itself, what will be offered to consumers, both fromthe quality of its products, as well as from its service to the consumer. Successor failure of a store does not matter how much the manufacturer or the companycan satisfy the customer. In processing data, the authors use analytical toolsusing Chi Square.Berdasarkan results of analysis shows the results of ChiSquare count = 242, 4 greater than the Chi Square table = 18.549. So Ho refusedand Ha is received, which means that consumers are satisfied with the servicesprovided by Fresh Fruit Shop Cullinan TOP.
