摘要：Keywords: feasibility analysis of investment credits for the education sectorABSTRACTFor commercial banks, credit is the main source of income, as well as the source of the largest business operating risk. Most of the operational funds of commercial banks played in the form of credit. In distributing the funds, the banks or creditors have certain requirements that must be met and before the loan or credit is granted, the bank first analyze whether the prospective borrower is feasible or not to be given credit. This study aimed to find out the credit application process until the loan is approved by the Bank and to analyze the credit worthiness of investments in prospective borrowers whether or not to be worthy of investment credit. Analyzing in this study using 6C is Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition of Economy and Constraint. From credit application has been filed by Mohammad Husni Thamrin educational foundations and the analysis using 6C can be concluded that the prospective borrower is given credit worthy investments for their business development with the amount of credit that has been determined.
