摘要：Right decision making is a key success for the company to achieve itsobjectives. One of the most important factors to help companies make the rightdecisions is by making use of differential accounting information in makingshort term decisions. In line with that research is directed with a view toassisting the company PT. Molax in the decision to accept or reject a specialorder by using analysis of differential accounting methods by comparing thedifferential between income earned by differential costs incurred. After doingresearch, it can be concluded that the income differential is greater than the costdifferential then the company should accept the special orders.
