摘要：This research explains Developing E-learning Media for Indonesian and Englishbased on information, communication and technology that can give an easierlearning strategy to understand for students. The writer uses a descriptiveresearch. The writer uses questionnaires to gather the data from the studentssupported by the materials related to the topic. The population is the student ofGunadarma University. The total numbers of populations are 60 students. Theyare regarded to be the samples of the research which are selected by using acensus for small population. The total number of question are twenty sevenquestions divided into five aspects: the first aspect is appearance aspects, thesecond is content aspects, the third is user interaction aspects, the fourth issoftware aspects and the last aspect is learning design and visual communicationaspects. The students choose the best answer of every question by checking theanswer sheet. Based on the five aspects that the writer given in questionnairesabout E-learning PDF of Indonesia and video of English. The writer found mostof the students evaluate that E-learning is good and clear become learning mediafor help students in teaching learning process because it makes easier and morefun to download the material in PDF form and learning Video independentlybecause it gives a lot of benefits. So, it can be a breakthrough in teachinglearning process for the teachers and the students.
