摘要：In this scientific research, the writer wants to find out the weaknesses andsuperiorities the result of translation poetry by poet translation and machinetranslation. The writer uses Shakespeares poetry in Suzan Polis Schutzs bookLove Poem and Quotations on the Meaning of Love as a source of the Poetryand the same poetry which have been translated into Indonesian by a famousPoet writer Sapardi Djoko Damono in his book Love poem : Aku Dan Kamu.The result of this research is the writer concludes that translation by human isbetter than a machine translation both in quality and accurate.
