摘要:ABSTRACT :In modern era, learning language is not only done by old method; teacherteaches directly in class, but there are some new methods of learning language,one of them is learning by media. There are many media that used in learning.CALL is one of media which based on CD program that can be used by studentwithout helping the teacher or other people. The aim of the research is to knowthe effectiveness of CALL in learning countable nouns and countable nouns.The method in this research paper is quantitative method by usingquestionnaire. The questionnaire is given to 3 SA 01 and the number of studentwho answered the questions is ten students. The number of question is fifteenquestions that divided into three aspects: the first aspect is appearance aspects,the second is content aspects, and the last aspect is Interaction of usage. Afteranalyzing the data, The average score of the quality of appearance aspect is2,38. So the writer concludes the appearance of CALL is clear or good. Theaverage score of Content aspects is 2,48. So the writer concludes that content ofcountable nouns and uncountable nouns are clear or good. And the last, Theaverage score of Interaction of Usage is 2,4. So the writer concludes thatinteraction of usage in Computer Assisted Language Learning is clear or good.Based on the result of study that refer to score average of the three aspects, thewriter concludes that Computer Assisted Language Learning is effective inlearning countable nouns and uncountable nouns.
