摘要：Key Words: Teaching, Method, TechniqueTeaching vocabulary must be easy and enjoyable for the students. It is intended so thestudents easy to keep the new words in their mind. English teachers have to use good methodand technique in teaching vocabulary to young learners. The problems of this research arewhat teaching method, technique, and media used in teaching vocabulary to young learnersare. The aims of this research are to describe the method, technique, and media used inteaching vocabulary to young learners. To obtain the data the writer conducted a nonparticipantobservation and an interview with the class teacher. The numbers of the studentsobserved were eight students and there was one teacher in the room. The result of thisresearch from the class observation and interview can be concluded that the teacher used FirstAid in English System (FAIES) method in teaching vocabulary to young learners. Thetechnique used was drilling technique and the media used were pictures, whiteboard andgames.
