摘要：Translation is the process of replacing one language into another language ortransferring a source language to a target language. Translation helps us tounderstand about material that written in other language that we can notunderstand. We can compare our language with foreign language. This studyfocuses on translation of the novel Ed Mc Bain. The aims of this research are totranslate the novel Like Love by Ed Mc Bain into Indonesian language and tolearn how to make good translation. As a result, the writer had finished thetranslation and had known how to make a good translation. Key Words: Translation, Novel, Story
