摘要：The writer makes this research paper based on learning English as one of foreignlanguage; it is also related on the systematically work. Knowledge of grammarcan give us a tool for analyzing our writing, speaking or understanding someoneelse's speech. Singular and plural noun form as part of speech in grammar needsto concern in order to make good sentences instructions. This paper wasconducted to give the answer to questions, how is the mastery level of fifthgraders of SDN TUGU 4 in mastering singular and plural noun forms. Thewriter gave questionnaires in analyzing The Mastery Level of Fifth Graders ofSDN TUGU 4 In mastering Singular and Plural Noun Forms. The questioner isin multiple choices which consist of 20 questions given to 74 students assample. The samples were analyzed each number and concluded the levels ofmastering based from the percentages, average scores and total correct answer.After data had been analyzed, the writer found that the level of mastering offifth graders of SDN TUGU 4 in mastering singular and plural noun forms wasin level unsatisfactory.
