摘要:The aim of this research are to find out the way we naturalized English businessmanagement terms into Indonesian and to find out the most commonnaturalization by the translators in translating these terms. The methodemployed in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The data in thisresearch consists of English business managementâs glossary businessmanagement, and various article related to it. There are 558 terms that areidentified both in the source language texts and in the target language texts.After analyzing the source language terms and the target language terms ofbusiness management, the researcher found that the translators employed moreone categories in naturalized those terms, namely adjustment of spelling andpronunciation (82%), adjustment of spelling but the pronunciation is retained(9%), and adjustment of pronunciation but the spelling is retained (9%)
