摘要：This research is annotated translation of English Business Management Glossary. The problems of this research are: (1) âWhat are the difficulties encountered by the researcher in translating English Business Management Glossary? and (2) How are those difficulties solved in the translation?. The aims of this research are: (1) To identify the difficulties encountered by the translator in translating English Business Management Glossary; and (2) How difficulties are solved which include strategy in translating English business Management Glossary. In conducting this annotated translation, the researcher answers the questions that appear in the introspective and retrospective method. The result of this research is the researcher describes 30 annotations of problem related to grammatical structure and Lexicon. The annotations consist of 17 annotations of grammatical structure and 13 annotations of lexicon. The problems of grammatical structure and lexicon encountered by the researcher were solved utilizing translation theories. More specifically, to find the best translation in translating lexicon, the translator employs translation strategies namely, descriptive translation, naturalization, paraphrasing, addition, deletion, explicit and cultural equivalent.
