The reason why the writer chose that bookis that Sukarno is a famous person. He is an Indonesian nationalist. He loves hiscountry as well as his country. His struggle brings freedom to the people ofIndonesia. All his life was dedicated to the freedom of Indonesia. This book isrecommended for young people of this country. This book contains of thehistory of his life. This research is important, because a book report iscompletely factual. In this research, the writer can explain about the wholecontents of the book includes the story, title, information of the author, placeand year of publication, summary of the contents of the book and the commentof the book. This book is highly recommended especially for teenagers, becauseteenagers sometimes could not understand well the figures of Sukarno. This book is also recommended because this book is the first edition and it waspublished in the United States of America. This book was not published inIndonesia due to the unfavorable condition that occurred back then in 1965.This book is authorized and officially protected by law. Unfortunately, thisbook is using the Dutch spelling. However, the accuracy of this book can beguaranteed. Through this book, we can get more information about Sukarno,such as his life, and his struggle. If we read this book, we can have a betterunderstanding about Sukarno. From this book we can learn that patience andbravery is needed when we want to accomplish our goals.
