摘要:This is a research paper analyzing the errors made by the learners in usingmodal auxiliaries. Here, the learners are the first grade students at PSKD 7Senior High School. The aim of study is to know the error faced by the studentsin understanding the function of modal auxiliaries in sentences. The populationis 100 students. The total samples are 40 students. The result of study will showanalysis of errors made by the sample on each number. The percentage of errorswill show that most students still found difficulties in the function of modal.
