摘要:Growth of business in the homeland is having a lot of progress. Many privatecompanies or countries are an indication of the nation's economy. Surely a goodcompany requires a good management could lived also in order to survive ordeveloping. Within the company, attention to production results not only on abenefit but also attention to workers who can run the company. Realizing theimportance of the presence of workers must be protected in terms of safety,health, and welfare to survive and make workers feel satisfied. Especially on theproduction, because it is very possible in this section the company to survive orcompany grows dependent on this part because researchers wanted to test it witha goal to see a picture or a description of job satisfaction on employees in acompany irrespective of the researchers purpose use the concept of the factors orother aspects which reveal many widely on aspects that affect the workers canfeel satisfied that expressed by Spector (1997) on aspects of job self satisfaction.Aspects such as independence, variety, social status, activity, human relationssupervision, technical supervisions, security, social service, authority, companypolicies and practices, compensation, moral status, ABILITY utilization,advancement, responsibility, Creativity, working condition, coworkers,recognition, achievement. The subjects in this research employees PT. DystarColours Indonesia is engaged in the fields of chemistry, department ofproduction, at least junior high school educated, working period of at least oneyear. Data was collected by using questionnaire method, namely job satisfactionscale. With the technique of data analysis using descriptive statistics with SPSS11.0 for windows ver. Based on survey results revealed that the normality teston job satisfaction variables obtained significant results in Kolomogrov Smirnov0.200 (P> 0.05), and Shapiro Wilk with 0.601 significance (P> 0.05) overall jobsatisfaction score distribution is said to be normal. According to hypotheticalmean test and mean empirically that the mean score of 199.67 and the empiricalmean score of 157.5 hypothetic this means job satisfaction in the categoriesabove average. In conclusion based on those aspects of job satisfaction fromSpector (1997) general aspects of job satisfaction are highly classifiedemployees of the production. Dystar Colours Indonesia is an aspect of socialservice, activity, coworkers. At a sub part of the production sector called SprayDryer Aspects categorized as high job satisfaction is a social service, activity,coworkers and Finishing aspects categorized as high job satisfaction is a socialservice, moral status, and compensation.
