  • 摘要:Keyword: Key words: parents, developing, multiple intelligence, childAbstrack:ABSTRACT :In general, there are still a lot of parents who focus on linguistic and mathematic intelligence and, the development of mathematics and education for their children and totally expect school to do the task without parents support at home. According to Gardner, there are seven types of intelligences, i.e. linguistic aspects of intelligence, logical-mathematical intelligence, visual spatial intelligence, bodily-kinesthetic intelligence, musical intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, and naturalist intelligence that can be developed in children. The purpose of research to describe multiple intelligences of children, factors influencing the development of multiple intelligences, and the role of parents of childrens multiple intelligences. Data was collected using observation and in-depth interviews. These subjects are parents and teachers who have children aged 4 years and develop multiple intelligences. The results of data analysis show that the types of multiple intelligences which develops optimally is in the aspects of the bodily-kinesthetic intelligence and musical intelligence. There are three factors that affect the child's multiple intelligences, i.e. family, school, and social environments. To develop multiple intelligences, the three environments should be created in such a way that all type of intelligences can develop.
