摘要:Education is essentially a conscious effort to develop human resources byencouraging and facilitating their learning activities. Learning is a key termthemost vital term in any educational effort. Individual achievement of the learningprocess referred to as academic achievement. Individuals who have highacademic achievement will be able to compete in various fields. Many factorscan affect one's academic achievement. Internal factors that can affect one'sacademic achievement is the intelligence and motivation to learn. This studyaims to test whether intelligence and motivation jointly influence high schoolstudents' academic achievement. The subject of this research is that all studentsof grade II, SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta. The number of the population is 180students. Data analysis was conducted using method of parametric studies ofmultiple regression analysis techniques. The result of the analysis shows thatintelligence and motivation influence significantly the students academicachievement.
