  • 摘要:Since founding the organization, consciously or not, the founders laid thefoundation for organizational culture founded. Because every organization,every business has a culture, which is reflected in the behavior of members,employees, policies, rules and regulations. Robbins & Stephen (2001) alsoexplained that one function of the existence of organizational culture is directinghis staff, in line with the statement, Trompenaars (1994) suggests thatorganizational culture is the relationship between individuals, attitudes towardauthority, ways of thinking and learning, ways to change, criticism and conflictdifferently from one culture to another culture. Perceptions of organizationalculture is anything to interpret and understand the work environment, becausethe organization's culture can be an indicator to describe the workingatmosphere, as members of the organization have different perceptions of workin capturing the atmosphere and have certain ways to solve the problem, alsoperceive problems in it. This research aims to find out how new employeeperceptions of organizational culture and description of the factors that influencethe perception of the subject as a new employee to the organization'sculture. Gathering techniques of data used in this study is the observation andinterviews. Research subjects in this study a 25-year-old employee who hadworked several months at the company where the subject of current work. Basedon observations and interviews, the subject as a new employee at a companywhere the subject worked had to get the results of this study indicate that a newemployee perceptions of organizational culture was positive subjects. Thesubject perceives that the corporate culture developed by the company canenable companies to further introduce the new employees about the meaning ofculture itself, encourage productivity and encourage the creativity of employees,the company supports the continuity, support the achievement of corporateobjectives and as a binding together of employees and the directors.leadership-factors that influence the subject perception seen from the factors thataffect the organization within the company is a strategy, size, and environmentalsystems.
