摘要：Along with the rapid development era of all human beings need somethingquickly without realizing the consequences that will be obtained. One is fastfood (fast food) which, when consumed excessively can cause various diseasesand one of them is cancer. According to the Department of Pediatrics Faculty ofmedicine-RSCM said that international cases mentioned 110-130 than onemillion teenagers under 15 years suffering from cancer. Leukemia is a type ofblood cancer most often found in under 15 years of age. Leukemia is a form ofcancer affecting the blood and is characterized by uncontrolled production ofwhite blood cells in blood circulation. Adolescence is a time where someonedevelops into an adult and a very important period in the formation ofpersonality. With the existence of diseases such as leukemia in adolescents itwill affect all the activities and personality in adolescent leukemia patients. Thisstudy used qualitative methods in the form of case studies with one subject ofleukemia patients aged 14 years and suffering from leukemia types ALL-stageone for a year. Results from this research, the research indicates that the subjectwas able to accept destiny with both, it is shown by an understanding ofourselves and recognize what an advanced deficiency and excess and theexistence of realistic expectations of the condition itself and not feel inferior tothe presence of disease experienced subjects. Besides the subject has a verysupportive family hopes subject and her friends and a nice neighborhood on thesubject so that the subject has a good self-acceptance as an adolescent leukemiapatients.
