摘要:This study aims to look at the role of social support influencing the adjustment in people with hemophilia. Adjustment is a process which continues to handle the demands of the needs, frustations and conflicts, and able to establish harmony between the demands of his own with societal norms. The goal to achieve is a satisfactory relationship between the individual and societal environment. social support means a close relationship between the individual and others who may be relied upon in an environment so that individuals can feel support, attention, affection, feeling of being upon. In this study, the approach used was a qualitative research in the form of case studies. the subject of this research is a patent with hemophilia. The subjects in this study were males, aged 22-28 years. Data was collected using an interview guide prepared for a patient with hemophilia which includes causes, social support, and characteristics of social adjustment. it also uses the guidelines designed based on the observation that adjustment characteristics. The phenomenon indicates that the subjects get social support, such as from the family and friends.
