  • 摘要:Today more and more people who think that emotional intelligence is one of theimportant things besides IQ. There's even a Daniel Goleman states thatemotional intelligence is more important than IQ. He stated that it is emotionalintelligence: the ability to control the emotions themselves, the ability to readother people's feelings, and build good relationships with others. In addition canalso be interpreted as the ability to control their own sense of self and feelings ofothers. In other words a person's emotional intelligence that will be formedwhen there is good cooperation between the thoughts and feelings. In recentyears more and more teenagers, especially high school students or students thatSTM can not control the emotions themselves. Which it resulted in more andmore teenagers who do not have good emotional intelligence and often lostcontrol with his emotions. One of them involved in their riot. This study aims toobtain a picture of the characteristics of emotional intelligence in young actorsriot, the things that affect the emotional intelligence and the extent to which riotaffect their emotional intelligence. In this study authors used a qualitativeapproach. Data retrieval methods in this study, is to use the interview methodwith the general guidelines. While the observation of researchers using directobservation methods. To help the process of collecting data so researchers use aHandycam as a tape recorder. In this study the chosen subject is 2 high schoolstudents. With age between 16-18 years. Also selected students are students whohave been involved in riot. After doing research, an outline can take theconclusion that the image characteristics of emotional intelligence in youngplayers is second riot subject has confidence in itself, both subjects includingpeople who could not control his emotions, if there is a problem, both subjectsinitiative to solve problems they are, the subject tried to understand andappreciate the opinions of his friends, the subject is only 1 believed to be hisclose friend, the subject 2 can not immediately trust with others, if his subjectmatter is the subject 1 and 2 will try to help others solve problems is, whendealing with other people or two friends tried to keep the subject of
