  • 摘要:Based on research results, obtained by the correlation coefficient of 0.595 with asignificance of 0.000 (p < 0.001). From these results we can see that thisresearch hypothesis acceptable, which means there is a positive relationshipbetween motivation significant work and creativity in working on the creativeteam of electronic media. This means that the higher work motivation, thehigher the subject of creativity. This is supported by the opinion Adni (1994),which explains the high motivation will lead to increased creativity. Therefore,by having a high work motivation will bring creativity as well. This is highlyneeded once the creative team, particularly working in electronic media, becausesince we can assess how attractive ideas that they serve in each of impressionsand can be said to succeed if their events attract many viewers or listeners. Inthis day and age, one whose creativity is needed at that particular companyoperates in the entertainment world that demands more creativity. This fieldrequires presentation of how they work in order to attract the audience of thework. All events can be displayed with the help of print media or electronicmedia. Therefore a lot of companies that require their employees, especially forthe creative team of electronic media have the motivation to work can have amaximum creativity so that it can compete with other industries which areengaged in television or broadcasting. Creative team is a group of individualswho are exploring their creative ideas that can be poured and the production isslick. The creative team on the electronic media play a role in terms ofpresenting a program as interesting as possible so that the audience of the showthey do not feel monotonous with ideas that they pour in their coverageprograms. View of the tasks that they can lead us to generate a value that worksfine and the maximum to be presented either through print or electronic media,the creative team must have the motivation of work so they can have amaximum creativity in creating the ideas or works which is always interesting and different from others. That is why researchers want to know the relationshipbetween motivation and creativity in working on the creative team of electronicmedia .
