摘要：This study aims to provide a basic description of the fear of success in womentribe java working, what factors influence the fear of success rates in women ofJava that works and how the process of formation of fear of success rates inwomen who worked java. The research approach used in this study is aqualitative approach, in which method is used observation and interviews.Observations made at two other places between home and office environment ofthe subject, as well as interviews conducted the same place. In observing thewriter choose the type of non-participant observation research. Type ofobservation was chosen because the author did not take part directly in theactivities of the subject or not within a state object in the observation, whileconducting interviews in an interview with the author uses the type of generalguidelines.. The subjects were four people working tribal women between theages of 20 java with and have been married 30 years and have had children.Based on the results of research on researchers, it is known that the four subjectswho have researched the loss of feminity (loss of femininity) and has a loss ofsocial self-esteem (loss of social esteem), two had loss of self esteem high andtwo of which have a loss of social self-esteem (loss of social esteem) medium.In addition to the four subjects from these two subjects have turned out to loss ofsocial rejection (fear of rejection from the environment) is high, one subject hasa loss of social rejection (fear of rejection from the environment) is, one subjecthas a loss of social rejection (fear of rejection of the environment) is low. Thuswe can conclude that the four subjects experienced fear of success.
