  • 摘要:Identical with the interpersonal skills of interpersonal communication is skillsessential Ability to create and develop a satisfying and happy relationship. Poorpeople in interpersonal relationships can cause disturbance of ones social life,such as: a shy, withdrawn, separating themselves from others or break arelationship with other words did not accept him. Self-acceptance is a conditionin which individuals have been able to accept him, meaning it receives its prosand cons and have realistic expectations, and respects himself. This study aimsto demonstrate empirically the relationship between interpersonal skills withself-acceptance in adolescents. The hypothesis in this study there was a positivecorrelation between self-acceptance in adolescents with interpersonal skills. Thesubjects of this research are about 100 persons aged between 18-21 years.Measuring instrument that will be used to measure interpersonal skills andself-acceptance in this research is compiled Interpersonal Ability Scale is basedon aspects of interpersonal skills and Self Acceptance is based on thecharacteristics of self-acceptance. The research concludes that the research, notethat this research hypothesis acceptable. This means that there is a relationshipbetween self-acceptance in adolescents with interpersonal skills. The higherinterpersonal skills, it wills higher self-acceptance, on the contrary the lower theinterpersonal skills, lower self-acceptance.
