  • 摘要:Picture of stress in adolescents who experience divorce parents can be seen fromthe physical aspect, namely insomnia, headaches, difficult urination, indigestion,etc. In terms of emotional angry, irritable, very sensitive, depressed, nervous,mental lethargy, easy to fight. In terms of intellectual, that is easy to forget,chaotic thoughts, decreased memory, difficulty concentrating, daydreaming.From interpersonal aspects, namely indifference and silence of others, trust inothers decreases, easy to break a promise, glad to find fault with others, shutdown excessively. The factors that contributed to the subject's reaction to stress,is divided into two namely, the factors that can increase stress include theintensity and duration of stress, the presence of another stressor, and theexperience and the warnings of the presence of a stressor. Besides the factorsthat reduce stress are individual characteristics, social support, and the ability tocontrol (Personal Control). Coping strategies used to cope with stress, coping inthis case that can be used to help cope with stress is the Problem-FocusedCoping strategies that can be done is, active coping (active coping), planning(planning), ignoring other activities (suppression of competing activities ),control coping (Restrain coping), and seeking social support for instrumentalreasons (seeking of instrumental social support. Emotion-Focused Coping, andstrategies that can be implemented, among others, seeking social support foremotional reasons (seeking of emotional social support), denial (denial), positivereappraisal (positive reinterpretation), receiving (acceptance), and returns to thefaith (return to religion). In addition there is also an ineffective coping /maladaptive, among others, is the focus and venting of emotion,behavioral disengagement, and mental disengagement.
