  • 摘要:Key Word : self-esteem, ceremony, toraja dirapaiABSTRACT :This study aims to find out about the picture of self-esteem in members of thetana 'bulaan Toraja tribe who have done Dirapai ceremony and what factorshave influenced it. This research question is how the picture of self-esteem inmembers of the tana 'bulaan Toraja tribe who have made Dirapai ceremony,why self-tana members' bulaan Toraja tribe who have made such Dirapai theceremony, and how the process of realization of self-esteem in tana members'interest bulaan Toraja who has done Dirapai ceremony. The approach used inthis study is a qualitative study using triangulation of data, observers, theoriesand methods are analyzed in some cases associated with the theories that havebeen there. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews with thegeneral guidelines and observations conducted research on two subjects tocompare the picture and price factors on members of the tana 'bulaan Torajatribe who have Dirapai ceremony. These results indicate that self-esteem inmembers of the tana 'bulaan Toraja tribe can be seen from the three componentsof self-esteem is feeling accepted (feeling of belonging) of individual feelingsthat she is part of the group, accepted and appreciated by the group. Furthermoresense of (feeling of competence) that is owned by the individual feelings whenhe was able to achieve an expected outcome. Finally a sense of worth (feeling ofworth) is the feeling that often comes or came from the statements of personalnature, such as: smart, good, and so on. Factors affecting self-esteem inmembers of the tana 'bulaan Toraja tribe who have made Dirapai Ceremonycomponents other than self-esteem that has been mentioned above, is a success(Successes), values (values), aspirations (aspirations), self defense(self defenses). From the results of research conducted using the thirdcomponents esteem can be seen that members of the tana 'ix bulaan who doDirapai ceremony has high self-esteem. This means that there is a positiverelationship between the significant components of self-esteem by members ofthe tana 'bulaan Toraja tribe has done Dirapai ceremony. Based on the researchresults can be known that members of the tana 'Toraja tribe bulaan CeremonyDirapai do have high self-esteem. The more perfect Dirapai ceremonyconducted by members of the tana 'bulaan, the higher the esteem members of thetana' bulaan it.
