  • 摘要:ABSTRACT :This research aims is to know about interpersonal communication betweenstudents and lecturers with students academic achievements. Academicachievements are a result from learning process to know about how far thestudents mastering the subjects that taught and also revealed the success whichhas achieved by them. Getting the optimal result of study influenced by manyteaching learning components, one of them is relationship between lecturers andstudents. Relationship between lecturers and students in teaching-learningprocess was an important factor in creating joyful situation while study sostudents will have a spirit in learnt and lecturers in comfort situation of teaching.Influenced factors will determine students academic achievements. Factorswhich influenced students academic achievements are internal factors andexternal factors. Internal factors are physiology aspects (physical form) andpsychology aspects (religious form). The external factors consist of environmentand friendship. Talking about teaching-learning process problems at university,the relationship between lecturers and students in way to communicate isimportant. If the relationship between lecturers and students not in harmony, itcould create bad communication. Communication also determined in creatinghuman to know and to get knowledge as a source. Student knowledge couldreflect by academic achievements with score index. Creating goodcommunications need ability of communicate such as writing, reading, talking,listening, and thinking (ability to understand). The most important notice tomeasure the success in communicate process to students are good academicachievements. According
