  • 摘要:Growth of business in the homeland is having a lot of progress. Many private companies or countries are an indication of the nation's economy. Surely a good company requires a good management could lived also in order to survive or developing. Within the company, attention to production results not only on a benefit but also attention to workers who can run the company. Realizing the importance of the presence of workers must be protected in terms of safety, health, and welfare to survive and make workers feel satisfied. Especially on the production, because it is very possible in this section the company to survive or company grows dependent on this part because researchers wanted to test it with a goal to see a picture or a description of job satisfaction on employees in a company irrespective of the researchers purpose use the concept of the factors or other aspects which reveal many widely on aspects that affect the workers can feel satisfied that expressed by Spector (1997) on aspects of job self satisfaction. Aspects such as independence, variety, social status, activity, human relations supervision, technical supervisions, security, social service, authority, company policies and practices, compensation, moral status, ABILITY utilization, advancement, responsibility, Creativity, working condition, coworkers, recognition, achievement. The subjects in this research employees PT. Dystar Colours Indonesia is engaged in the fields of chemistry, department of production, at least junior high school educated, working period of at least one year. Data was collected by using questionnaire method, namely job satisfaction scale. With the technique of data analysis using descriptive statistics with SPSS 11.0 for windows ver. Based on survey results revealed that the normality test on job satisfaction variables obtained significant results in Kolomogrov Smirnov 0.200 (P> 0.05), and Shapiro Wilk with 0.601 significance (P> 0.05) overall job satisfaction score distribution is said to be normal. According to hypothetical mean test and mean empirically that the mean score of 199.67 and the empirical mean score of 157.5 hypothetic this means job satisfaction in the categoriesabove average. In conclusion based on those aspects of job satisfaction from Spector (1997) general aspects of job satisfaction are highlyclassified employees of the production. Dystar Colours Indonesia is an aspect of social service, activity, coworkers. At a sub part of the production sector called Spray Dryer Aspects categorized as high job satisfaction is a social service, activity, coworkers and Finishing aspects categorized as high job satisfaction is a social service, moral status, and compensation.
