摘要：Key Word : role, parents, adolescent, drug usersABSTRACT :Many people assume that drug users are useless people, low productivity, andnot even thinking in the public interest. According to the author of this dependson the adjustment itself, and how parents provide support for their adjustment inthe community. This study aims to test empirically the magnitude of the role ofparental support adjustment of former teen drug users. The subject of this studyamounted to 45 people. Measure that will be used to measure parental supportand adjustment in this study is that parents Support Scale is based on thecomponents of social support and self Adjustment Scale is based on aspects ofdata analysis adjustments techniques using simple regression test using SPSSprogram for Windows version 12.0. The results of this study that the hypothesisconclude this study has value F of 24,247 with a significance of 0000 (P < 0.05).This means there is a significant role of parental support on adolescentadjustment. While R ² = 0,361, this means that the role of parental support toadolescent adjustment for former drug users 36.1%.
