摘要:Keyword: key words:Abstrack:ABSTRACT :The mobile phone is one of technology information and cannot be separated from their daily lives. Mobile phones also have become common items in masyarakat, Inside there is a mobile phone provider card (sim) which is used to smooth communication access. Various kinds of brand mobile phone card many outstanding market, both GSM technology and CDMA technology to make the competition tighter card manufacturer which is always expected to try to meet consumer tastes and desires at any time change, so the tariff war between the card manufacturer no longer terhidarkan. The purpose of this study was to examine whether there are different student satisfaction card users of GSM and CDMA cellular technology. This research was conducted on 80 students from the University Gunadarma Depok, with the following criteria: students who used two cards of GSM and CDMA cellular, with 25 years of age 18. For measurement of consumer satisfaction scale first tested the validity using the Product Moment Correlation analysis technique from Karl Pearson and reliability using Cronbach Alpha techniques using SPSS version 12.0 for windows. From the results of analysis of 86 studies found that consumer satisfaction scale items tested there are 62 items that valid and reliable with a correlation value between 0.323 to 0.823 with a reliability coefficient of 0.956. Based on this research can be concluded that the difference is significant student satisfaction card users of GSM and CDMA cellular technologies. This can be known from sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Data analysis using paired sample t test. This study shows that the hypothesis be accepted, which means there are differences of consumer satisfaction card users of GSM and CDMA mobile technology in university students. The author recommends to use the card provider in accordance with the needs, do not be tempted by the cheap prices but do not have good service quality, so expect to use the card with the lower prices but also good service so as not to often change your mobile card instead.
