摘要：Keyword: key words: acceptanceAbstrack:ABSTRACT :Along with the rapid development era of all human beings need something quickly without realizing the consequences that will be obtained. One is fast food (fast food) which, when consumed excessively can cause various diseases and one of them is cancer. According to the Department of Pediatrics Faculty of medicine-RSCM said that international cases mentioned 110-130 than one million teenagers under 15 years suffering from cancer. Leukemia is a type of blood cancer most often found in under 15 years of age. Leukemia is a form of cancer affecting the blood and is characterized by uncontrolled production of white blood cells in blood circulation. Adolescence is a time where someone develops into an adult and a very important period in the formation of personality. With the existence of diseases such as leukemia in adolescents it will affect all the activities and personality in adolescent leukemia patients. This study used qualitative methods in the form of case studies with one subject of leukemia patients aged 14 years and suffering from leukemia types ALL-stage one for a year. Results from this research, the research indicates that the subject was able to accept destiny with both, it is shown by an understanding of ourselves and recognize what an advanced deficiency and excess and the existence of realistic expectations of the condition itself and not feel inferior to the presence of disease experienced subjects. Besides the subject has a very supportive family hopes subject and her friends and a nice neighborhood on the subject so that the subject has a good self-acceptance as an adolescent leukemia patients.
