摘要:E-commerce development lately these days has also in turn develop E-payment. Oneof the growing e-payment method is Kaspay from the social media site Kaskus. As anE-payment media, Kaspay have to gained its customers’ acceptance. One of themodel of technology user acceptance is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use ofTechnology (UTAUT) develop by Venkatesh, et al. This model shows that behavioralintention is effected by people’s perception of the performance expectancy and theeffort expectancy. And that the use behavior of a technology is effected by thebehavioral intention and its facilitating conditions.This research emphasizes on the adoption behavior of the Kaskus userstowards Kaspay usage. Research data is gained from 100 questionnaire to Kaspayusers. Using the double linear regression analysis, F and t. In this research includesthe facilitating conditions variable in the regression test towards the behavioralintention.The research’s result shows that performance expectancy, effort expectancy,social influence, and facilitating condition simultaneously effecting the behavioralintention. And that the facilitating condition and behavioral intention simultaneouslyeffecting the use behavior. But partially only the facilitating condition that’ssignificantly effecting the behavioral intention and use behavior in Kaspay usage.
