摘要：This paper presents a 60-90 minute reverse engineering activity that has been used in a variety of contexts to connect design and leadership education and to demonstrate the need for leadership education in effective design work. This activity elicits participant values by having them identify the key design decisions embodied in familiar artefacts, that have been sourced from multiple suppliers who themselves have distinct and recognizable values. Anecdotal observations and trends between sessions of this activity held in different contexts are discussed, alongside an activity plan so that others can replicate the activity.
