摘要：The purposes of this research were to construct recreation leadershipknowledge enhancement training program for undergraduate students and to evaluate theefficiency of recreation leadership training program which was established by theresearcher. Subjects were 60 undergraduate students of Rajabhat NakhonsawanUniversity experiment group 30 and control group 30. They were selected by arrangingthe test score of understand recreation leadership training program and match-pairedmethod.
