摘要:The problem of mobility in educational technology is exposed in the context of the teacher-learner-content triplet in a critical manner as an approach to the fourth SBC grand challenge. The main limitations of existing research works are approached in relation to the ways in which technologies can be introduced in schools as an original focal research theme. In relation to the methodological aspects, the main features of heuristic games are identified as capable of promoting cognitive and meta-cognitive development for teachers as well as for learners as an alternative to facilitate the introduction of mobility-based, educational technology in school routine. The concepts and software tools are described in the context of the OLPC pilot project, funded by the Department of Education of the Brazilian government. Future research directions are also proposed as new ways of assessing and monitoring the use of the games and their technological means of dissemination in relation to the evolution of learners' academic records
