摘要:After various studies on the Brazilian airport sector, it becomes evident that the focus is directed to non-managerial and technical studies. Therefore, there is a need to create proper conditions and a favorable context for airport infrastructure, involving both process and innovation management. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to develop an in-depth research on processes, innovation and airport infrastructure in order to understand the bias of these practical issues. The methodology was an extensive literature review resulting in several academic papers and management reports produced by private organizations; theses and dissertations through physical and digital collections. It is concluded that the originality of this article is due to a high correlation between the proposed topics, as well as the unfolding of previous studies at the Sauder School of Business, Canada. Those studies have covered the survey and analysis of historical data on economic growth, demands and costs, as well as long-term simulations and multiple regressions, but with no contribution to new initiatives, which is the aim of this article.
