摘要：This study was performed in Erzurum in 2009 to identify the factors affecting civil cheese consumption. The sample number was set to be 272 based on Proportional Sampling Method. Ordered Logit Analysis was used for detection of variables effective in consumption. It was concluded that there is a positive relationship between consumption of dairy products and birthplace, marital status, continuing affairs of consumers with their villages while they are away whereas a negative relationship was found between their consumption and monthly income.
