摘要:This empirical study aimed at exploring the relationship between training climate dimensions and perceived organizational effectiveness components. In order to do so, a questionnaire survey method was used to achieve the aforementioned aim. Data were gathered from a sample of 203 employees of a manufacturing company in Boroujen, Iran. The results show that with the exception of not significantly correlating the organizational support with the perceived customer- focus effectiveness (p>0.05), other training climate components positively and significantly correlate with all perceived organizational effectiveness components (p<0.01). The findings from stepwise regression analysis indicated that managerial and organizational support significantly explains and predict leadership effectiveness, human resources and information effectiveness, and results effectiveness. But managerial and occupational support significantly explain and predict the aims and strategies effectiveness, customer-centeredness effectiveness, employees management effectiveness, and process effectiveness.
