  • 摘要:This cross-section field study survey was aimed at exploring the antecedents of high performance work system and the role of high performance work system in predicting the overall perceived organizational performance. Organizational commitment, relational coordination and conflict resolution skills relationship with perceived organizational performance was proposed to be mediated by high performance work system. The sample consists of 350 top and middle management employees from telecommunication and banking sectors of Pakistan. The results revealed that high performance work system did not mediate between conflict resolution skills and organization performance. Organizational commitment and organizational performance is mediated by high performance work system. High performance work system mediates between relational coordination and organizational performance. Moreover, future directions and managerial implications are discussed at the end of this paper.
