摘要：Speeding up the development of green and renewable energy in order to reduce the consumption of petroleum is a worldwide issue that is very critical, crucial and urgent. Photovolatic industry is one of the most important green industries which need urgent attention. Helping the photovoltaic industry to upgrade the operation result is a highly valuable endeavor. Strategic alliance is the most efficient and fast method used to streamline the whole industrial chain to exploit the highest added value. Integrating several effective tools, to include data envelopment analysis, grey forecasting model (GM), grey relational analysis (GRA) and heuristic approach is a new approach that tries to resolve the issues of strategic alliance for supply chain management. The results of this study prove the objectives. The most valuable contribution of this research is to provide a new studying method for both academic and industry development by combining these models.
