摘要：This study aims at regression equations fitted to knowledge management and organizational effectiveness in the selected sport organizations of Iran knowledge management processes to determine the impact on organizational effectiveness. Method of this research is descriptive – surveying and for the analysis was used of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and then multi-variants regression, Pearson and Spearman Correlation etc. The results show that there is a significant relation between knowledge management and its factors with organizational effectiveness in sport organizations, the multivariate regression results show 0/756% of the variance in organizational effectiveness is related to knowledge management processes and applying, protecting and acquisition has conditions of predicting organizational effectiveness (p>0.01).
