摘要：This paper focuses on the influence of decision-making, resistance, and transparency on social issues related to the eastern culture. The outcomes demonstrate that the western model when applied in Pakistan shows almost the same outcome as in western society, the only concerned is the transparency related to the eastern culture. The norms, values prevailing in the eastern culture have their own way to consider the issues with reasonable care.
