摘要:This research is aimed at studying job satisfaction level among staff of Islamic Azad University, Naragh Branch and the prime objective for conducting the research is to study the effects of some material and non-material factors on the job satisfaction and motivation level of the university staff. To explore and study this issue, several items have been carefully considered and their relationships with job satisfaction have been analyzed. With regard to the small statistical population, the data collection methods were chosen to be manual and computer-based, and because of the population size and the necessity to use two-factor theory, dependence and independence and equity average test, chi-square and Fisher formula were used, and due to the lack of normal distribution of scores, Mann-Whitney test was used to test the tables and hypotheses. Furthermore, other scientific methods such as library-based study, interviewing staff and experts, receiving advices from academics and field study also have been employed for data collection.
