摘要：In this study, an effort was made to describe the causal relationship between the service dimensions constituting the satisfaction from family medicine by a recommended structural equation modeling. The measurement tool prepared in line with this purpose was applied on 209 individuals who received family medicine services. First the factors affecting satisfaction from family medicine were identified using the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and these factors were named as “Doctors (D)”, “Services (S)”, and “Physical Conditions (P)”. Then, a structural equation modeling was established by the help of factors found as a result of EFA. It was found that one unit increase in “D”, “S” and “P” factors of the structural equation modeling resulted in an increase of 0.36, 0.42 and 0.27, respectively, on satisfaction from family medicine (ST).
