  • 摘要:This cross sectional field survey was aimed at exploring the direct and combined effects of political skill and politics perception on employee job outcomes such as job stress, affective commitment, intention to quit and contextual performance. Using a sample of 300 managerial employees from public and private sector organizations of Pakistan, results revealed significant differences in intention to quit and contextual performance for combined effects of political skill and perception of organizational politics. Managerial implications and future research directions are given at the end.
