摘要:Learning organization embraces the organization like its body and increases its current abilities and capabilities to encounter future events. Here, the process of learning expands throughout the organization and through it all personnel can acquire necessary knowledge and experience, perform their working duties in the best possible way and the organization can meet its predetermined objectives. This research studies the relation between emotional intelligence and organizational learning, while organizational culture adjusts such a relation. For this purpose, in addition to a review of the theoretical framework of the research and design of the conceptual model, the components of the research were determined though survey method and tested using the managers, deputy managers and experts working in service providing organizations of Kermanshah.
