摘要：Rapid progress in science and technology also changes understanding, wishes and expectations, processes, operations and organisational structures. Such developments positively affect the structure of educational systems as well as learning-teaching activities in instructional environments. The problem of this research is to define managerial problems regarding the use of educational technology in schools on the basis of viewpoints of administrators and teachers. This study is a survey study with a population comprised of administrators (head teachers and deputy-head teachers) and teachers of the primary education schools located in Ankara, Kirikkale, Sivas and Tokat central districts. Findings of the research have been analysed using such statistical methods as frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. t-test and Scheffe test have been used for comparison purposes, and recommendations have been made based on the findings obtained from the research.
