摘要：The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of exercise-training on restenosis rate within six months after drug-elution stent (DES) (≥ 3.0 mm) implantation. A total of 90 hospitalized patients with coronary artery disease underwent DES (≥ 3.0 mm) implantation were retrospectively analyzed. Acute myocardial infarction, chronic total occlusion lesions, restenosis lesions and bypass graft lesions were excluded. Patients were randomly divided into exercise-training group (n = 42) and non-exercise-training group (n = 48). Patients in the exercise-training group underwent the rehabilitation exercise program for patients after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and stent implantation. The restenosis rate during the six-month follow-up was compared. The restenosis rate in exercise-training group was significantly lower than that in non- exercise-training group (9.5% vs.18.8%, P < 0.05). The exercise-training is an effective method for reducing the restenosis rate in patients with DES (≥ 3.0 mm) implantation.
