摘要：Currently, Phosphodiesterase Type 5 (PDE-5) inhibitors are effective treatment option of erectile dysfunction (ED) and its efficacy and safety has been demonstrated around the world. However, it has always been a hot issue deserving attention about how to use this drug more reasonably and effectively at home and abroad. In this article, the action mechanism, application methods, adverse reactions, efficacy and assessment of tadalafil was reviewed.
