摘要:Optimization of multiple objectives and constraints of fermentation process problems have been extensively studied in recent years. High-performance, robust, cost-effective and reliable computing models that provide innovative solutions to fermentation problems have been developed. This paper reviews the problems of the optimal design of batch fermentation technology and the development of computer-based solving problems using evolutionary algorithms (EAs) to generate optimal or near-optimal solutions to the problems in the fermentation industries. In this review, the latest developments of evolutionary algorithm techniques are focused and optimization of fermentation processes improvement by the techniques is presented.
